Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear requirements and timely feedback to ensure the successful completion of the project. Any delays in providing necessary information or approvals may affect the delivery schedule and project outcomes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement for each project. A deposit may be required to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as per the agreed milestones. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Confidentiality

Mangrol Digital respects the confidentiality of our clients' information. We agree to protect all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of the project and to use such information solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables of the project. Mangrol Digital reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Revisions and Changes

We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and offer a limited number of revisions as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions or significant changes to the project scope may incur additional charges.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to rectify the breach within a reasonable time. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability

Mangrol Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat Government. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat Government.
